In nearly every business people will tell you what you want to hear, and your lawyer may do the same. They may tell you they can get you off, or that they are your best option.

That was the case for Thomas H of San Diego with his experience with San Diego DUI Attorney Cole Casey.

Thomas H reported that Cole Casey will promise you a lot when you first meet him, but after that you won’t see him. Thomas H wrote that if you BA, Blood Acohol level, is above .10 you are “definitely” going to get a DUI.

I can’t verify Thomas H’s story, but I wanted to share it so you can make your own educated guess. As I find more DUI testimonials like this I will continue to share them. Please feel free to submit your own.

San Diego DUI Attorney G. Cole Casey is a respected DUI lawyer who is dedicated to helping San Diegans in need of a great lawyer on their side. Cole Casey has been handling DUI cases for more than a decade, so he isn’t lacking experience.

He has been defending people arrested for drunk driving, DUI, drinking and driving, as well as driving under the influence of drugs.

What impresses me about Cole Casey is his track record. He lists quite a few results of cases he has recently defended. I haven’t seen this practice used much for other San Diego DUI lawyers. He lists more than 20 recent cases in which many of his clients were found not guilty.

Hiring a DUI attorney that focuses solely on California DUI law can be a huge advantage. These such lawyers will be famaliar with the judges, prosectors and other tangibles that may come into play, in your DUI case.

A good San Diego DUI defense attorney will really go to bat for you. This includes challenging DUI tests that were given, credibility of the officer, as well as other things that factor in to the case.

The Law Offices of San Diego DUI Lawyer G. Cole Casey are located at 110 West C Street, Suite 1400, San Diego, CA 92101. Cole Casey offers a free consultation that will provide you with his opinion and immediate response.
